Group Facility Rental Cancellation/Refund Policies:

• All participants MUST sign a digital waiver form under the “release of liability”, tab which can be found on the CE23 website, prior to the scheduled booking date/time.
• When booking, a credit card must be placed on file to reserve your booking. This information will be securely discarded once the booking is completed.
• Group rental cancellations must be given at least 72 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the group being charged the full amount and/or refusal of future booking times.
• The renter will leave CE23 Academy in a clean and orderly condition. All equipment must be returned immediately following the booking in its original condition. After the completion of the booking, CE23 Academy will assess the condition to determine whether it has been left in a clean and orderly condition and all equipment returned in its original form. A minimum cost of $100.00 will be charged if required standards are not met.

Lockers:

• CE23 Academy is not responsible for any valuables, money etc. lost through using the lockers

Basketball Program Cancellation/Refund Policies:

• CE23 Academy is committed to the development and progress of youth in Newfoundland and Labrador. The goal is to teach essential skills and a strong work ethic and ultimately install a true love for the game by providing a fun and positive, yet challenging environment.
• Payments for our U12, U14, U16 and U18 (Boys and Girls) Programs are based on your specific payment plan each parent selected. 

• CE23 Academy accepts the following payment types:
• VISA
• Mastercard
• Reoccurring payment option can be set up through our payment portal on the CE23 website
• Cash
• EMT

• Payments not paid within 10 days of the scheduled payment due date, will be charged an additional $25.00 late fee that will be added to your payment. Every additional 7 days late payment will result in an additional $25.00 and a possible suspension from our programs until fees are paid.
• Tournament fees must be paid prior to scheduled tournament dates and failure to do so will result in the athlete being unable to participate.
• If a player leaves our program before the season is over they are still responsible for paying the remaining fees. If not paid, the player will be suspended from any future CE23 Programs until fees have been paid. 

***If for any unforeseen circumstance a family is unable to complete full payment on time please contact CE23 management and alter arrangements can be made.***  

• If your child cannot participate in our program due to a medical reason and a refund is requested, a doctor’s note is required. CE23 Academy will not provide a refund for any of the following reasons:
• Schedule conflicts
• Change of schedule
• Participant changes his/her mind
• Parent changes his/her mind
• Dissatisfied with the coach
• Dissatisfied with the team assignment
• Dissatisfied with the program
• The program is too challenging

COVID-19 Policies:

• If players are unable to attend sessions due to COVID-19 (testing positive, in direct or secondary contact) and have to miss sessions, we will not credit or refund those missed sessions.
