CE23 basketball is committed to the development and progress of youth in Newfoundland and Labrador. The goal is to teach the essential skills and a strong work ethic and ultimately instill a true love for the game. By providing a fun, positive and yet challenging environment, the aim is to maximize the opportunities for athletes to thrive and succeed.

U10 Girls
The focus of this program will be teaching fundamental basketball skills in an encouraging, fun way for the athletes.
Each week the program will focus on a new skill, with an emphasis placed on fundamentals.

Carl English
As English improved at basketball he sought to attract interest from American colleges so he moved to the Greater Toronto Area, where he lived with his cousin, and attended Oakville's Saint Thomas of Aquinas High School. Due to a school dispute affecting extra-curricular activities, he went mostly unnoticed until the summer of 1999, when English toured with a Canadian All-Star team and caught the eye of a few Division I schools...
